In the event of cancellation by the organizer, 100% of the money will be refunded.

If a booking is canceled by participants, the following cancellation fees apply:
 

- From booking up to 60 days before arrival 30%
- From 60 to 30 days before arrival 60%
- From 30 to 0 days before arrival 100%
- NO SHOW 100%
 

Cancellation fees do not apply if a replacement person arrives.
